2013 Wiles of Winter

Arkansas experienced snow for the first time in history this May.  In addition, the following states received their highest may snowfall amounts ever:  Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.  The snowstorm in Anchorage Alaska in May made to the top 5 snows of all time.
